All these glass jars I have been buying have gone into good use. This week I decided to make sauerkraut!
To my surprise it turned out quite yummy and was ready just in time to use on hotdogs cooked on our new grill! We are in the process of redoing our backyard and the first stage was a small patio. The patio has a perfect place for a grill. We had our neighbors over and cooked some hotdogs. It was a great Friday night.
Have you ever tried any home fermentation? I want to try kombucha but too scared!
