Today I went to prenatal yoga. I really enjoyed it. I think it will be helpful in may ways throughout the pregnancy. There were about 10 ladies in class at all different stages of pregnancy. It was really amazing to see the ladies that were about to pop doing downward dog. I think this will help with my stress as well as teach me ways to cope with labor. I am looking forward to doing this once a week. Oh, and new place to add to the places I have puked list—yoga studio. After yoga I treated myself to McDonalds.
